Health Care Services Provided

The services received are determined by the physician's plan of treatment.  The following list gives examples, but is not limited to the types of services available.

Rehabilitative Services

• includes physical therapy and occupational therapy 

Skilled Nursing Services

• observation of unstable medical condition
• diet and medication instruction
• monitoring the effectiveness of medications
• feeding tubes
• catheters
• injections
• IV therapy
• TPN
• diabetic care and instruction
• new ostomy care and instruction
• laboratory testing
• wound care

Home Health Aide Services

• baths, shampoos, skin and nail care
• linen changes

Support Services

• Our Medical Social Worker provides depression counseling and provides access to resources which assist patients who qualify with the purchase of medications, dentures, hearing aids, eye glasses, and home repairs.
• Medical equipment and supplies can be arranged when essential to the plan of treatment.

Payment for services is made by Medicare and Medicaid; private insurance and private pay can be arranged.  Free assessments are available.
